Battling to choose between Hostgator or ICD Soft? Comparing hostings to host your next website? Considering Hostgator vs others? How good is Hostgator hosting compared to other hostings? In my previous post on Hostgator and Hostmonster Sucks, but ICDsoft is Okay, I mentioned about the alternative method to find the best hosting for your personal blog or business. However, I over simplify the analysis by just looking at the first “search engine result page”.

You can read the post at: http://reviews.azhan.com/usability/13/hostgator-and-hostmonster-sucks-but-icdsoft-is-okay.html

If you search for “ICD Soft Hosting Sucks” on Google, the first result pages will show only good reviews, despite the keywords that we use. Basically, 0/10 pages listed will say bad things about ICDsoft. On the other hand, doing a “Host Gator Hosting Sucks” search on Google will return 9/10 hate-pages about Hostgator and only 1 good (or neutral page) review page.

Does that mean Hostgator should be avoided totally? Not yet. I over simplified my analysis to not look at the big picture. I did not look at the total pages that talks about both hostings on the internet. Hostgator has 10 times more pages on Google thus probably has bigger volume of complaints too.

Hosting X

Total result pages
about Hosting X

Number of
Hate Pages

Hate Ratio

Hostgator

2440

28

1.14

ICDsoft

208

0.5

0.24

The numbers above are in “thousands”.

From the above analysis, the ratio of hate pages for every result page indexed by Google still says that there are less complains about ICDsoft than Hostgator. So the choice now is more obvious, ICDsoft is better than Hostgator.

But people say Hostgator is the best web hosting

Still convince that you should atleast try Hostgator? Here is a way to try hostgator to see if it really fits your needs and can live up to its expectation. Yes it is NO RISK trial (well maybe a penny). Use Coupon Code – FTPHOSTING now and Try Hostgator For Only $0.01. In addition, the Hostgator coupon codes 2012, SERVERHOSTING, could save you 25% on your first invoice.

Many ebay new comers will wonder how can they can make money selling on ebay when they are just starting with very few feedback rating in their hands. You are probably reading this because you were searching for tips on how to quickly start and become successful selling products on eBay – you want to become an eBay PowerSeller.

Who are the Powersellers?

PowerSellers have a combination of high sales volume, at least 98% positive feedback, and at least $1000 a month in income.

Powersellers have a good number of feedback rating to back their reputation. Buyers will not trust a new ebayer as compared to a Powerseller. If you are selling the same item as a Powerseller at even a lower price, chances are a buyer will choose to buy from the Powerseller. The reputation is very important in the eBay marketplace as buyers will not want to risk their money especially on high ticket items.

Simply put, you need around 50 or above feedback rating before buyers will trust you and will start buying high ticket items from you.

You can quickly increase and gain your feedback ratings by:

Buying many cheap items on ebay - First Drawback: requires you to spend money (if you are buying fifty $1 items – you would have to spend $50 in total to gain 50 feedback. Second Drawback: People will see that all your feedbacks relates to you as a Buyer, not as a Seller.

Buying Digital Items: This is a must as you need to conclude transactions as quickly as possible to gain the feedbacks.

Selling Cheap Items: You can only list lowest item at 99 cents per auction. 50 auctions will have you end-up $50 poorer. That is not yet including ebay Final Value fees etc.

I was able to jumstart my eBay feedback rating to 50 in 3 days, by using a technique involving eBay Store as outlined by Robert Allen. I had to spend less than $1 and the fee to setup the storefront which costs way less than the above methods.

I was searching for some info about starting my own MLM system and I started reading the article by Michael Badger in the 20 Ways to Make $100 Per Day Online book. He mentioned a hard fact about MLM…

95%-99% of participants in any MLM will suffer financial LOSS!

Not to encourage you to go gambling, but your odds of winning at a single spin of a roulette wheel are greater than your odds of pulling a profit in an MLM company. As simple as that!

So why do we still waste our time and money on MLM companies? But all is not lost. You can learn from 20 Ways to Make $100 Per Day Online and be the few 1%-5% who make profit. But if you are scared of the numbers, just try some other methods of making money online.
